Dean grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to the Las Vegas area in 1992, after earning his bachelor s degree from Sacramento State University. He immediately started selling residential real estate. The 28 years since then has given him extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate. Dean became the broker of his own real estate company in 2000 and has been a managing broker of 4 companies in the last 20 years. He has managed a ‘Grand Centurion office for Century21 for 8 of those years. Luxury residential homes as well as newly constructed and custom homes are a particular specialty. Dean has successfully closed in excess of 740 residential real estate transactions in the Las Vegas Valley. He has completed extensive training and is designated as a Certified Negotiation Expert. (CNE®) Dean lives in the Summerlin area of town with his wife, Deanna, and their two children. (and dog, Bella) He is an avid golfer and loves to get on the links when his schedule permits. Dean and his wife love to enjoy the great weather, wonderful restaurants, and exciting entertainment available in the Las Vegas area.
